Maryville Young Players

MYP is open to any and all students entering second through ninth grade in the fall of 2026. We invite you to join us bring this family favorite story to life. This adaptation of the 2003 movie follows the same story of the beloved characters but with fun new songs, the show runs 6o minutes! Camp this year will be July 8th- July 24th with performances on July 25th- July 27th. Lead characters will have extra pre-camp rehearsals about a week before camp starts. Campers will attend every weekday, either from 1:30pm - 3:30pm or 4:00p.m. - 6:00p.m., depending on cast assignment. ​

The camp fee is $80 per camper, with a $10 discount for additional participants from the same family. This fee covers not only participation in the full production, but also includes a camp t-shirt, certificate, medal, and attendance at the end-of-camp family picnic and cast party. A limited number of scholarships have been offered in the past, as funds allow, helping families participate in MYP that may not possess the financial means to do so.

Rehearsals and performances will be at the Lee and Nina Schneider Center for the Performing Arts at Maryville High School.
